Purchasing Online
Purchasing online couldn’t be easier. Simply add any items that you wish to buy into ’Your Shopping Cart’ using the appropriate ‘Add to Cart’ button, each time an ‘Add to Cart’ button is pushed it will add one of that item into ‘Your
Shopping Cart’.
‘Your Shopping Cart’ is automatically displayed in the right hand sidebar, you can update quantities or delete items in ’Your Shopping Cart’ prior to going to the Paypal secure payment system (1 free sample pack per laundry only).
To update the quantity of an item highlight the quantity, update it with your new required quantity and then push your return/enter button.
To remove an item click on the ‘Remove’ button (red circle with white cross) to the right of the relevant item to be removed. When you are happy that your order is correct then click on the ‘Check out with Paypal’ button, where VAT will be added at the payment stage at the current rate.
Paying Online Securely
You will be transferred to PayPal where your payment can be processed securely. With PayPal you have two options for making payment:
(a) If you don’t have a PayPal Account you can make payment securely using your credit or debit card by clicking on the ‘Don’t have a PayPal account?‘ link. You will then be transferred to the secure payment page where you can input your payment details.
(b) If you already have a PayPal Account, enter your login information and submit your payment as normal.
An order confirmation will be e-mailed to you automatically.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated on the overall content of your order, by both size and weight (the more items that are ordered at the same time, the more economical shipping costs become). Shipping costs include both the courier costs and the packaging costs.
