Well I am glad that for some reason I stopped to read your email of the 16th May 2011 regarding your range of rug care products, so much so that I had to find time to write to express our appreciation.

We have been using your rug cleaner and your rug proofer exclusively for the last six months or so after the initial trial and I have to tell you that we are delighted. Having been in the horse rug cleaning business for over ten years we know what we would like to see from the products we use and yours deliver. They clean and reproof exceptionally well and we save money. Not only is much less product required per wash and proof, achieving cost savings of more than half over other brands but we can also wash and proof at much lower temperatures saving money on water heating costs and drying costs. Plus the products are cleaner to use and don’t leave any residue in the machines.

“I do like your proofer, it has no nasty chemical smell to it, is easy to use in the garden pressure sprayer & is also easy on your skin – a big plus point!

As I’ve already done my rugs this year, I tested it on 2 of my coats; The first coat is a real rubbish “Just togs” thing that’s meant to be waterproof & breathable. I would say your proofer probably kept me dry for up to 4 times as long – for that coat, that’s a good result.

2nd coat is my 16 year old Musto snug: I wore that in heavy rain & it definitely felt much better.”
