We will endeavour to have all orders subsequently delivered within the timescales stated in our website. However, this is the responsibility of the designated courier Company and as such is outside of our control.

7. Damaged or Missing Delivery

If your order has been damaged in transit, please Contact Us within 24 hours so we can claim from the courier.

We will need proof of the damage by a photo sent via email. We will then advise you on the best course of action.  Once we have verified the damage we can then rectify the situation. If your order has not arrived within the expected timescale, please Contact Us and we will investigate the matter and advise you further.

When returning an item:
●  Ensure the item is in the same condition you would expect to receive an ‘as new product’ with all labels and original packaging still intact.

●  Enclose a copy of the delivery note with a brief message explaining the reason for the return.

●  Make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
