£0.46 as a percentage of £1.15 is 40.0%, therefore Rug Care Concentrated Cleaner in this instance is 60.0% cheaper than  Nikwax Rug Wash, (even on a heavy soiled rug when 100 millilitres of Rug Care Concentrated Cleaner is required Rug Care Concentrated Cleaner is still 20.0% cheaper than  Nikwax Rug Wash).
